Responsibilities- Design and develop coding tasks and technical scenarios in Japanese to challenge advanced language models on topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object‑oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
- Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and review the outputs for logical accuracy, coding fluency, and correct Japanese language usage.
- Document every failure mode, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Real‑world coding experience, technical writing in Japanese, or open‑source contributions indicating fit.
- Clear, metacognitive communication that demonstrates “showing your work.”
Pay range of $8‑to‑$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
