Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Do you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a team that keeps things moving? We’re looking for a Yard Associate I who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, operate equipment, and help customers get what they need—safely and efficiently.

This isn’t a desk job. It’s a boots-on-the-ground, hands-on role where every day brings something new.

• Load and move materials using a forklift (yes, you’ll be in the driver’s seat!)
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Help customers load products and answer questions with confidence
• Inspect, label, and organize materials so everything is where it should be
• Stay on top of daily tasks and paperwork—because details matter
• Work safely and look out for your team every step of the way

• You’re dependable, organized, and take pride in a job well done
• You can handle physical work and aren’t afraid of lifting, moving, and staying active
• You enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• You’re a team player who treats customers with respect
• You think ahead, solve problems, and get things done

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs. regularly
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
