Your Role
The Non-Merch Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and review of non-merchandise payables. This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and ensure strong financial controls.

Your Impact- Perform monthly account reconciliations related to non-merchandise accounts payable
- Review, analyze, and resolve MR and GRIR balances
- Investigate and resolve invoice, receipt, and payment discrepancies
- Manage and monitor the AP inbox and coordinate mailroom activity
- Support internal stakeholders and external vendors with accounts payable inquiries
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations
- Maintain audit trails and documentation in accordance with policy requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA)
- Review invoices for sales/use tax and VAT compliance
- The role may also support month-end close activities and process improvement initiatives, as needed.

CompensationMinimum Salary: $59,300.00
Maximum Salary: $77,805.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
QualificationsYour Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0 – 3 years accounting experience
- SAP, Ariba, Sharepoint experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
- Must be detail oriented with demonstrated analytical and technical skills
- Perform job functions/assignments with minimal supervision
