We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join a healthcare team in Reynoldsburg, Ohio in a Contract to Permanent position. The role further includes tracking front office supply levels, assisting with equipment calendar coordination, and helping maintain an orderly reception area. Recognizing urgent concerns and routing them promptly to clinical team members or leadership for appropriate follow-up is also part of the responsibilities. Finally, partnering with providers and administrative staff to keep daily operations running smoothly and deliver a positive patient experience is essential.
