Job Description
  • Generate and/or issue documents based on daily reports using the internal licensing system
  • Assist customers with basic questions or issues related to the online portal and general licensing processes, via phone and email
  • Evaluate and process straightforward licensing applications for approval in accordance with established guidelines
  • Manage exam-related tasks by assigning the appropriate exams to applicants, overseeing exam sessions and entering exam results in the system
  • Maintain accurate records by updating applicant and licensee information in the licensing system as needed

Qualifications
  • 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
  • Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college.
  • Or 6 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 1, 16871.
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
