for the Reynoldsburg, OH market.

Duties Include:
Foreperson will be responsible for a 2-person roofing repair crew. Candidates should be able to lead and train crew members with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and management.

They will be responsible for paperwork, time sheets, mobile applications and ensuring that Centi Mark safety policies are followed. The foreperson should be able to take their crew member to jobsites and make extensive repairs within the hours provided in a safe and orderly manner.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years’ general roofing experience required
• 2 years of Centi Mark roofing experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication/people skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid state drivers’ license (in good standing) is required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles
