Spa Associate

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership‑based spa services industry. The Reynoldsburg location is seeking a Spa Associate to provide outstanding customer service and support our members’ experience.

• Meet membership sales goals
• Develop detailed knowledge of the services menu – training provided
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours as required
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Hourly wage of $12.00 – $13.00 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses

Hourly wage of $12.00 – $13.00 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.

Open Sunday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM. This is a part‑time position with required availability during evenings and weekends. Shift types include day shift, evening shift, and night shift.
