The Private Client Banker is a part-time, on-site role based in Reynoldsburg, OH. This role focuses on building and deepening relationships with high-value clients by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored banking and investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, managing deposit and lending needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for financial planning, investment services, and referrals to specialized partners.
The Private Client Banker will handle routine transactions, monitor client portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies while delivering a high level of service. The role also involves participating in local business development efforts and maintaining accurate records in client management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Asset Allocation to help clients structure portfolios aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
- Foundational understanding of Finance and Investments to explain products, market concepts, and potential strategies clearly to clients.
- Experience or familiarity with Private Banking services, including personalized banking solutions and relationship management for affluent clients.
- Proven client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, accessible way.
- Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards in all client interactions.
- Comfort working with digital banking tools, CRM platforms, and basic office software to document interactions and manage client information.
- Prior experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services is preferred; relevant licenses or certifications are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in finance, business, or a related field is beneficial.
