As a valued member of our in-house team, not a contracted service, you support residents on their journey toward greater independence. You bring patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others thrive in their daily lives.
Responsibilities- Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress
- Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress
- Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents
- Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
