Your Role
The Privacy Program Manager will support compliance across the enterprise with a focus on privacy matters. This role will manage global privacy compliance initiatives, including our privacy compliance platform roadmap, cross-functional privacy rights process, privacy assessment process, cookie and consent management processes as well as AI governance. The Privacy Manager will work closely with other members of the Legal Privacy, Marketing & Retail Operations team, as well as cross‑functional partners, including members of the Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital and Marketing teams.

Your Impact- Privacy Process Enhancement:
- Identify efficiencies and implement enhancements to legal data privacy processes and procedures, including operations, documentation, training, and policy enforcement
- Support implementation of program modifications in response to new and evolving global privacy laws and industry requirements
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve privacy operations and scalability
- Project Management:
- Project manage, organize and prioritize work based on risk, urgency and complexity with strong attention to detail
- Effectively execute multiple projects simultaneously under time‑sensitive deadlines, balancing new initiatives with supporting steady‑state compliance
- Manage One Trust privacy platform technology, which includes:
- Administration and configuration of the platform as well as specific modules such as (i) AI governance, (ii) privacy rights, (iii) assessments, and (iv) cookie consent management
- Develop and maintain platform enhancement roadmap
- Privacy Reviews & Risk Assessments:
- Prepare privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) in partnership with business teams on various data‑centric initiatives
- Support other global privacy efforts as assigned
- Support publication and dissemination of new and updated privacy policies
- Manage day‑to‑day compliance related operations

Qualifications Your Experience- Bachelor’s degree and 2‑5 years of retail or consumer‑facing privacy experience
- Privacy Knowledge:
Understanding of key privacy principles and legal requirements. CIPP and One Trust certifications preferred. - Project Management skills:
Organized and detail‑oriented, ability to create and drive execution of plans, collaborating with team members and cross‑functional partners - Problem‑solving & critical thinking:
Analyzing issues, finding creative solutions - Responding effectively to unforeseen changes and challenges
- Technical Proficiency:
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Excellent communication skills:
Ability to effectively convey privacy, AI and legal concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences - Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work under pressure – is flexible, maintains effectiveness by adjusting behavior, work routines, and habits to meet a goal and/or changing circumstances
