The position requires taking day-to-day ownership of these mission-critical growth channels during the high-impact Q3/Q4 period. • Plan and communicate channel-level content aligned with brand priorities, product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.
• Evaluate historical performance to recommend content themes and creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
• Identify content gaps or opportunities for innovation within the calendar, such as category spotlights and loyalty messaging.
• Review all campaign content for accuracy and strategic alignment before deployment.
• Validate real-time campaign deployments for content accuracy and resolve any issues promptly.
• Analyze campaign performance weekly, identifying optimization opportunities across various metrics.
• Maintain SMS budget allocation and documentation, including circulating invoices for approval.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis to translate raw data into insights guiding strategic decisions.
