Your Role

The Associate Maintenance Technician performs a variety of semi-skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities in assigned maintenance operations areas which may include Buildings, Material Handling, HVAC, Vehicle Maintenance and Offices in any of the distribution centers; and performs related work as required.

Your Impact
  • Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignments.
  • Performs non-skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities and depending on areas of assignment, assists with basic activities such as electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting; material handling equipment troubleshooting and repair; office furniture moves, setups and changing batteries in forklifts and other power equipment.
  • Maintains building, equipment, shop, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used.
  • Document all work order activities to comply with MP2 requirements, providing documented records of the activities performed.
  • Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.

2nd shift, Monday thru Thursday 1:30PM to 12:00AM

$27.00

Maximum Salary

$35.44

Qualifications

Your Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years facilities and/or maintenance experience such as with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance.
  • Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Proven track record of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Welding skill preferred, but not required.
  • Technical school or training desired.
  • Must be computer literate.
