Description
Your Impact:
- Provide leadership to associates.
- Make effective product flow decisions under the direction of the Manager.
- Positively impact levels of service and cost on the Distribution Center's operation plans.
- Meet company budget and cost structure goals.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with associates, peers, and leadership in a variety of business functions.
- Use decisive problem-solving abilities to achieve results.

- Appropriately handle associate relations issues.
- Ability to work on a process improvement project
This role will be a blend of leading a team and working on a project within a fulfillment center, supporting either retail fulfillment or digital/e-commerce.
Hours for this role will be day shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
