TS Tech will implement an updated Enterprise Resource Planning system. As a Production Scheduler – Shared Services, you will be part of the team that controls and manages all aspects of scheduling in a JIT manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day releasing of production orders, and scheduling of different equipment based on customer needs.

Education: Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics or a closely related field or equivalent work experience in multiple areas.

Experience: Three years or more of progressively responsible for production scheduling, forecasting, level loading a JIT manufacturing environment. Knowledge of QAD is a plus.

Skill Set: Effective written and oral communications skills with the ability to work across the organization. Knowledge of ERP Systems. Ability to learn quickly. Problem solving/root cause analysis. Experience in Training and Presenting. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

• Collaborates with plant facilities to understand manufacturing processes, production lines, customers, customer requirements, capacity limits and EDI transactions.
• Ability to train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability.
