Instrumentation Technician

We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation, safety, and service excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain a variety of instrumentation and control systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with instrumentation equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Fabricate and assemble instrument components as necessary, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify any malfunctions or abnormalities in systems.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to ensure seamless operation and integration of instruments.
- Employ precision measuring instruments to guarantee accurate readings and optimal system performance.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life and functionality of instruments.
- Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, adjustments, and performance issues for future reference.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is highly regarded.
- At least 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools and instruments.
- Extensive knowledge of distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and familiarity with CNC machines.
- Experience with specific instrumentation brands such as Endress & Hauser, Rosemount, Vega, CMC, Fisher, and Allen Bradley.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying instrument drawings.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quick and effective resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving precise results.
- Prior experience as an industrial electrician is advantageous but not essential.
