Part Time | Every Other Weekend, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

You are a compassionate and skilled nurse who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You take initiative, provide calm leadership, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and respectful care environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided
- Participate in shift hand‑offs and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support
- Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
