Role InformationSchedule: Full Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Part Time | 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 3 days per week
Part Time Every Other Weekend | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Skilled Nursing Unit.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation
- Respond to call lights and provide timely assistance
- Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of each shift
- Support dining services by collecting menu tickets and assisting with meals
- Perform restorative procedures as instructed
- Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Launder residents’ belongings and assist with room tidiness
- Document resident care activities in electronic systems (e.g., AOD)
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
