Store Manager, Retail Lead a Store. Grow a Team. Change Lives.We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and donors.
What You'll Do- Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, donations, and production.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales, budget, and operational goals.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Store Leaders, Supervisors, and Retail Associates.
- Create a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture.
- Monitor store performance and use sales and operational data to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure merchandise is processed, priced, displayed, and replenished to maximize sales.
- Deliver excellent customer and donor experiences while resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Protect company assets through effective loss prevention, safety, and compliance practices.
- Adjust staffing, scheduling, and priorities to meet changing business needs.
- Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of achieving results.
- Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze sales and operational metrics and take action to improve performance.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Knowledge of resale, thrift, or secondhand retail operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3–5 years of retail experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
- Experience leading retail operations, production, or high-volume environments required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently bend, reach, push, and move merchandise.
- Regularly lift up to 30 pounds; occasional heavier lifting may be required.
- Use cash registers, computers, and other retail equipment.
