Full-time Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
• Optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
• Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Reynoldsburg, OH
• Schedule availability required:
  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Start time: 07:00 AM

Capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, managing stock levels, and executing promotional displays effectively.
