Position: Security Officer – Entry Verification (Access Control Officer)
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Job Schedule: Daytime shifts:
Tuesday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Wednesday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Saturday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sunday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to control authorized access for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document security‑related concerns, reporting them through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the sales floor, stock areas, entry points, and perimeter as conditions vary by site.
• Assist with crowd management, monitor high‑traffic areas, and deter unauthorized activity, theft, and policy violations.

• Valid driver’s license consistent with Allied Universal driver policy.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration of applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
