As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol Team in Reynoldsburg, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role combines customer service, communication, and mobile presence while supporting a welcoming environment.

Day Time Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, shoplifting concerns, and/or unauthorized entry issues to site contacts and local authorities when needed.
• Support retail loss prevention and closing or opening procedures by remaining visible at the location, assisting with crowd management, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
