As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for overall community appeal by quickly responding to and completing service requests or preparing homes for new occupants. You will work as part of a team to reduce costs and develop innovative solutions across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC work.
Requirements- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service (plumbing, electrical & carpentry)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
