for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Monday – Friday, Clinic and Surgery

Practice Setting:
Inpatient and Outpatient

Types of Cases: bread and butter ear, nose, throat (ENT) procedures
·

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
·

Electronic Medical Record (EMR):

Certifications

Required:

must be board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure

Required:

Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
