Seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage to support a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities- Provide emergency care for approximately 17-23 patients per shift with a 20% admission rate.
- Handle shifts independently, with some overlap, without on-call duties.
- Collaborate with two Advanced Practice Clinicians (NPs/PAs) for coverage.
- Potential coverage extends to two nearby critical access hospitals.
- Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation.
- Wisconsin Medical License and DEA registration.
- Certifications in ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS.
Deliver high-quality emergency care, maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards, and coordinate with support staff.
