Requirements

Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License

Master’s Degree required;
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm

D) preferred

Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred

EPIC charting experience required

Ability to manage multiple concurrent pharmacy responsibilities

Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays

Flexibility to float across inpatient and outpatient service areas

The Inpatient Pharmacist provides safe, accurate, and timely pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients across multiple service lines. This role supports medication management through order verification, compounding, dispensing, and clinical collaboration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies while supporting optimal patient outcomes.
