Position Title

Director – Pharmacy – WI North Region (Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital, Rhinelander, WI)

The Director of Regional Pharmacy plans, directs, and oversees activities, programs, and services for the inpatient pharmacy department. The position develops and secures approval of goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility, implements plans and budgets, and consults with other functions to ensure efficient coordination. The director oversees supervisory staff, monitors regulatory changes, approves policies and procedures, evaluates results, and makes decisions that impact business plans, strategic goals, and financial outcomes.

• 3-5 years of management experience
• Active state Pharmacist licensure required
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master or Doctorate degree desired
• Knowledge in the following: leadership training and experience, financial management, lean methodology, budgeting, customer service methods, strategic planning, employee engagement
