Physical Therapist – Aspirus Rhinelander Home Health

This role provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, evaluating and establishing individualized treatment plans and goals, administering modalities and procedures, educating patients and families, and documenting all interventions. New graduate physical therapists are welcomed and offered a mentorship program.

.8 FTE/64 hours every two weeks, Mon‑Fri day shift hours with flexible scheduling.

$20,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates.

Provide direct patient care in home settings, develop treatment plans, supervise modalities, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an APTA‑accredited school.
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification or certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto liability insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single‑limit liability.
