Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – 13‑Week Assignment

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin.

• Evaluate patients using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Operate physical therapy equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development.
• Assist in discharge planning and transition of care.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• Proficient written and spoken English and PC skills.
• Physical ability to remain standing, move equipment (50–100 lb), and perform manual therapy.

• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
• Previous travel experience and adaptability.
