American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 1+ year of recent experience and OASIS/HCHB EMR proficiency.
Requirements- Current OT license required if applicable, must be in hand prior to start
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health OT experience required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- BLS certification required
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Territory covers Rhinelander, between Rhinelander and Arbor View
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview
- On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
- Territory spans up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
- iPad provided for documentation, cell phone not provided
- First-time travelers will be considered for this role
- Must be flexible with territory assignments as needed
- Timely documentation and communication with the care team required
- Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Local candidates accepted and eligible for travel rate
