• Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on various store facilities and equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store's interior and exterior, including parking areas, entrances, and restrooms
• Address maintenance requests from staff swiftly and efficiently
• Assist with minor plumbing, carpentry tasks as required
• Conduct safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with procurement as needed
• Adhere to safety standards and health regulations at all times

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is beneficial
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and management
• Availability to work the specified hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
