Experienced Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Technician

Job Summary

This position’s purpose is to continually exceed customer expectations for quality and service in the delivery of our disaster restoration, carpet, and air duct cleaning services. The role facilitates timely and profitable delivery of all services while maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Reports to the Northwoods office, 2483 Air Park Road, Rhinelander WI. The candidate may also work occasionally at the Corporate Office, 7710 Technology Drive, Weston WI. Full‑time, Monday through Friday starting around 7:30 am, with occasional weekend work and on‑call rotating nights and weekends, totaling 35–40 hours per week.

• Provide quality carpet, air duct, and other related cleaning services for customers.
• Perform restoration project work on smoke, fire, water damage and other miscellaneous damage.
• Inspect trucks, check inventory equipment, and remove equipment from truck for each job.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job, including bending, reaching, lifting, loading, unloading, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with truck‑mounted extraction units.
• VCT floor refinishing experience a plus.
• Industry certifications such as IICRC, NADCA, or RIA are a plus.
• Ability to organize, direct, and control multiple activities, exercise good business judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Starting wage $17.00, based on experience. Commissions are payable on upsells and additional income for emergency service calls.
