Service Manager

As a member of our team, you will help support and challenge others to achieve success in this critical role as Service Manager for Honda in Rhinelander.

• Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service that exceeds expectations.
• Act as the key liaison between technicians, service advisors, and guests to maintain clear communication and a seamless service experience.
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high‑performing team of service advisors and technicians.
• Drive a culture of excellence with a passion for achieving and maintaining high standards.
• Forecast departmental budgets, establish performance goals, and monitor progress to drive success.
• Oversee department payroll and effectively manage expenses.
• Maintain strong departmental profitability and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance while meeting internal and manufacturer expectations.

• Previous automotive service management experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
