Computer Numerical Control Machinist

We are currently seeking CNC Machinists to join our Rhinelander, WI Team!

In this role, you will perform set up and machining of large complex weldments in 3- to 5
- Axis on a Heidenhain TNC-7 control system with a high degree of accuracy on various sizes and related dimensions.

• Independently setup intricate parts and fixturing
• Work from advanced drawings and job layouts
• Machine intermediate to advanced parts with a high level of quality using materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, exotic and high temperature alloys
• Make all parts efficiently within print/contract details using materials
• Overhead Crane operation and rigging
• Setup tooling using machine setup documentation
• Maintain equipment and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have a strong machining background including tool path verification and collision analysis
• Machining knowledge in a manufacturing industry preferred
• Completion of Machining program is a plus
• Heidenhain TNC-7 controls system experience preferred
• Basic M & G Code, blueprint reading and math skills is a plus
• Worked with materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, exotic and high temperature alloys a plus
• Experience working with large complex weldments (up to 90’) is preferred
• Experience setting up quality gauging preferred

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds.
• Long periods of standing.
