Shift InformationNight shift 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
What you'll doAs a Maintenance Technician, you'd work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and fulfillment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion.
Important areas of operations you’ll work on- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery
- Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic steam, pneumatic equipment
- Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, pumps, mechanical seals and other related equipment
- Building maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep
- Certification of Vocational School, Journeyman card in Millwright or Maintenance Technician preferred.
- 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing within a maintenance related position preferred.
- Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following:
- Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication
- Piping systems
- PLC’s (Programmable logic controllers) – a plus
- Process equipment
- Personal Computing
The pay range for this position is $26 - $37 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.
