Overview

Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is a premier staffing agency that pays staff a premium flat rate, with the flexibility to set their own schedule at our clients’ facilities in Wisconsin, Ohio and Minnesota. A strong pipeline of hours is available.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Wages at $50 an hour

Please note that to qualify, you must sign an 8-week contract in which you are expected to work at least 32 hours per week, rotating every other weekend. Depending on our client’s needs, there may be an option to extend the contract.

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration tasks.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

• Willing to pick up shifts at facilities located in Wisconsin.
• Love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile.
• Graduate or be a future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in a long-term care setting (preferred).
• A natural problem solver.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

• Customer service oriented.
• A Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse RN, New Grad RN, Nursing student, or Travel Nurse/Travel Contract RN seeking a permanent facility with great benefits.
• Experienced in long-term care (preferred).
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
