• Weekend/Holiday:
  Every other weekend and every other Holiday
• Float:
  To alike units within skillset. Float to other Aspirus locations within a 40 mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River). Floating can and will be pre-scheduled if needed
• On Call/Call Back:
  Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours

• Required Certs: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Minimum experience:
  
  2+ years ICU experience. Prior critical access/ rural experience highly preferred. Peds patients would typically be an occasional pediatric surgical patient (may be ENT or ortho cases)
• Charting experience: EPIC. No charting exp required
• Unit Information: 1:2 pt ratio
