- Radius Rule:
Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of facility exp 6/5 - OR RN
- Start: 7/13
- GSA: 40
- Shift requirements: 8 hour Days
- weekend/holiday: weekends for call. Holidays as needed
- On Call:
Once per week and every 5th weekend. Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours - Required
Certifications:
WI RN,BLS, ACLS - Required experience:
2 yrs required - charting:
