• Medication passing, patient care, documentation, and milieu management
• Work on an 11‑bed unit with a maximum capacity of 8 patients
• Work mix of 8‑hour and 12‑hour variable shifts
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation required
• May float to Stevens Point Inpatient BHU if needed
• Current patient ratio: 1 RN to 5–6 patients when unit is at full capacity
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours

• At least 1–2 years of behavioral health experience
• Medical/surgical background desired
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must hold an RN License and BLS certification
