American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Rhinelander, WI, requiring HCHB and OASIS experience with a Monday–Friday day schedule and no call or weekend requirements.
Details- Home health setting serving the Rhinelander, WI territory
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- No on-call, no weekend, and no overtime requirements
- Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR — experience required
- OASIS documentation required
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 12 months of home health nursing experience within the past 3 years
- HCHB (Home Care Home Base) experience required
- OASIS competency required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained
- All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
- 13-week contract assignment
