Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501!

Registered Nurse – CCU / ICU

Rhinelander, WI

Contract (13 Weeks) | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care unit setting with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Work rotating 12-hour variable shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Float to alike units within skillset, including facilities within a 40-mile radius as needed; floating may be pre-scheduled
• Manage occasional pediatric surgical patients, which may include ENT or orthopedic cases
• Be available for on-call assignments; call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA or Red Cross BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Compliance with facility masking policy during flu season if flu and COVID vaccinations are declined (no exceptions)

• Prior critical access or rural hospital experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system (no prior charting experience required)

• Opportunity to work in a critical care environment serving a rural community with a supportive patient ratio
• Contract eligible for low census unbillable hours, providing added flexibility and stability
