You will be part of the Advanced Trialing Team within Pepsi Co’s North America R&D Ag Science Variety Trialing organization. This role plays a critical role in supporting Variety Agronomy Scientists by executing field and storage trials that advance Pepsi Co’s chipping potato portfolio.

This role is focused on hands‑on trial execution, data collection, and operational support, working closely with scientists, breeders, and cross‑functional partners to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of trial results.

  • Perform seed handling activities such as seed cutting, treating, labeling, inventory tracking, and shipment preparation
  • Support phenotyping and data collection in the field and at harvest, including grading, processing assessments (e.g., fry quality), and sample preparation
  • Utilize data capture systems and barcoding tools to accurately track plant, tuber, and trial samples
  • Assist in trial setup and logistics, including material movement, site preparation, and coordination across field, storage, and lab environments
  • Monitor trials and report issues or deviations, supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work environments across fields, storage, greenhouses, and phenotyping facilities
  • Support cross‑functional activities across site operations as needed to enable trial execution timelines
  • Contribute to improving efficiency in trialing workflows, processes, and data quality
  • Follow all HSE and compliance requirements and support a strong safety culture
