We’re seeking a Retail Sales Lead to help bring our Turn of the Century Gift Shop to life this season. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating beautiful displays, connecting with guests, and leading with warmth and style.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
Assist guests with purchases and product recommendations
Accurately process transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Help lead and support fellow team members
Style and maintain displays that reflect the spirit of the shop
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays
Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
Support daily operations, including opening and closing duties

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Have a natural eye for detail and presentation
Enjoy engaging with people and creating meaningful interactions
Bring prior retail or leadership experience (preferred, but not required)
Are dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
Are available to work weekends and a variety of shifts

Position Details:

Hours range between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Seasonal, Full-time & part-time opportunities available
