• Reviewing guest orders in a timely manner that are in-store, online, or over the phone
• Producing set vase arrangements in accordance with company production lists in preparation for sale and delivery
• Assisting with appropriate staging and preparation of orders that will be delivered to guests and other store locations
• Assisting the floral leader with custom orders pertaining to weddings, funerals, and other personal occasions to ensure guests have a positive experience with our business.
• Perform various cleaning duties to ensure workspace is orderly and safe.
• Assist with product deliveries, inventory control, and organization.
• Assisting with in-store guests as needed with merchandise purchases and other inquiries.
• Performing transactions in accordance with company policy and all PCI compliance policies.
