Overview

Sales Floor Clerk (Clothing) – Rhinelander Store. This role supports the daily operations of our retail store, focusing on customer service, merchandising, and product availability within the clothing department.

What you'll do

Greet customers and help them find products within the store.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and organize display shelves.
Take inventory of products and restock shelves in the assigned department.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and merchandising standards to create a hassle-free shopping experience.
Prioritize tasks to support store operations and customer needs.
Knowledge of clothing items and accessories is preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience and/or knowledge of retail sales & customer service is preferred, but those new to the workforce are encouraged to apply. Schedule is Flexible with varied shift times and every other weekend rotation. Position offers Full-Time and Part-Time hours. Targeted pay range: $13.25-15 per hour. Starting rate varies based on location, experience, and position offered; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
