We are looking for a Comfort Advisor to join our team and help customers choose the best solutions for their heating and cooling needs. The role focuses on building relationships, creating accurate proposals, and achieving sales and capacity goals.

Frasier’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has served the Rhinelander and Wausau areas for many years, growing rapidly and maintaining a strong reputation for quality and customer service.

• Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
• Establish rapport to help customers make informed decisions.
• Develop relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Create accurate, complete sales proposals for the installation team.
• Provide comprehensive product and pricing information.
• Encourage customer excitement and referrals.
• Become an expert in the local market and customer requirements.
• Set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.
