Kohl's Illinois, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards.
You will lead the Beauty Team, coach staff, upsell products, and ensure an exceptional client experience on the sales floor. This role requires availability on days, nights, weekends and holidays.
