At Tel Com Construction, as a Traveling Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day aspects of the project. The purpose of this position is to provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews.

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials, and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as‑builts and redlines
• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

The wage range for Traveling Field Supervisor is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience (required)
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts (strongly preferred)
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
• Extended travel required throughout the Tel Com footprint and on‑call availability
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus

• Frequent sit, stand, and/or walk
• Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, crawl or twist on concrete, dirt, or gravel surfaces
• Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing, and voice
• Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks
• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
• Occasionally work in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces
• Wear required personal protective equipment if required
