Overview
WORK WHERE YOU PLAY — Camping, hunting, fishing, waterfalls, kayaking, skiing, golf, snowmobiling, boating, hiking, and more in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. You will help solve the daily puzzles of installing HVAC equipment and grow with a collaborative team committed to high standards.
Responsibilities- Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Lead and train Install Helpers.
- Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
- Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
- Clean driving record (last 3 years).
- HVAC installation experience (3 years preferred).
- Experience leading a team.
