K-tech Kleening Systems is looking for an experienced Restoration Lead and Experienced Carpet Cleaner who is familiar with truck mounted extraction units.

This position's purpose is to continually exceed customer expectations for quality and service in the delivery of our disaster restoration and cleaning services. To facilitate timely and profitable delivery of all services while maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Northwoods office, 2483 Air Park Road in Rhinelander WI. This position may also work occasionally based on workload at our Corporate Office located at 7710 Technology Drive, Weston WI. Full-time. Monday through Friday starting around 7:30 am with occasional weekends. On-call schedule including rotating nights and weekends. 35 to 40 hours per week.

Primary responsibilities include providing quality carpet, air duct and other related cleaning services for customers, restoration project work on smoke, fire, water damage and/or other miscellaneous damage, inspecting trucks, checking inventory equipment assigned, removing equipment from truck for each job and other duties as assigned.

Education and experience required:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to organize, direct and control multiple activities (and perform them when necessary), exercise good business judgment in making daily operating decisions with short-term and long-term interests of the Company in mind, work effectively and cordially with a wide variety of people and situations, both pleasant and unpleasant, maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, respond effectively with time pressures, stress and rapid change.

Employee must possess exceptional customer service skills. Must have a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job including: bending, reaching, lifting, loading, unloading and be able to lift 75lbs. Driver's License is a must. VCT Floor Refinishing Experience a plus. Industry Certifications - IICRC, NADCA, RIA a plus.

Compensation and benefits:
Starting wage $17.00 and is based on experience. Commissions payable on upsells and additional income for emergency service calls. Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k, vacation, paid training and paid holidays.
