* Job Responsibilities:
*** Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
* Lead and train Install Helpers
* Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
* Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
* Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
** The Must-Haves
*** Clean driving record (last 3 years)
* HVAC Installation experience (3 years preferred)
